Registration Steps:
1. Each child much have a registration form completed (even if you have more than one child in the household registering)
2. Each parent/guardian must complete a Code of Conduct form (one form for multiple children registered is ok)
3. Completed forms should be emailed to northwoodrams1973@gmail.com.
4. Payments can be submitted below through various methods. (you can email/contact northwood regarding payment options). 
5. If you choose the "cashapp" payment method, add your child(ren) name in the subject line so the payment can be properly assigned.
